What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, message, and any company name or phone number you choose to provide. We also receive the form reference needed to protect the submission.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, protect the form from abuse, and keep a short-lived delivery record. We do not sell your information or add it to a marketing list.
Retention and service providers
Submission references and message fingerprints are retained for up to 30 days; abuse counters are retained for up to 24 hours. Messages are delivered to operations@crestivofreight.com through our email provider. This site runs no analytics and no third-party scripts.
