From quote to invoice
How it works
One shipment, four steps, all in the client portal.
Step 1 of 4
Quote
Enter the pickup and delivery ZIP codes, the freight and any services each stop needs. Rates from the carrier sources enabled for your account come back on the same screen, each with its price, estimated transit and expiry.
Step 2 of 4
Book
Choose a rate, then add full addresses, contacts, dock hours and your reference. Before anything reaches the carrier, booking rechecks your details, the current price and your prepaid funds.
Booking is switched on account by account, once carrier setup and prepaid wire funding are confirmed. Your account team will tell you where yours stands.
Step 3 of 4
Track
Each shipment keeps booking, movement and any cancellation request as separate states, alongside the carrier, PRO number and the documents on file. When something is unconfirmed, the portal says so.
Step 4 of 4
Invoice
Invoices are issued against the shipments they belong to, in US dollars. Balance due, prepaid funds and amounts reserved for booked shipments are shown separately, so you can see what is owed and what is available.
Screens show the actual client portal with synthetic test data and simulated shipment activity; displayed prices are illustrative, not live offers. Rates, carrier availability, tracking events and documents depend on the carrier sources enabled for your account.
Working with Crestivo
Why Crestivo
What changes when your freight runs through us.
-
A team that answers
Write to operations@crestivofreight.com and a person reads it. It is the same address on every invoice and every notice we send, and it reaches the people handling your freight.
-
Records you never have to request
Quotes, bills of lading, proof of delivery and invoices sit with the shipment they belong to. Download them when you need them instead of waiting for an email.
-
Straight answers when it is unclear
A cancellation request is not shown as cancelled, and a booking the carrier has not confirmed is not shown as booked. You see what is confirmed and what is still pending.
Tell us what you ship
Send a lane, a weekly volume or one load that has to move. A person reads it and replies directly.
